Welcome to SSR Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, including our website, social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), or visiting our facility at Sr.No. 161/6A, 2nd Floor, Society, Besides Kalyan Bhel, opposite Shanti Niketan, Bhosale Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms 

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in SSR Academy’s educational programs, activities, and use of our services.
  • SSR Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
  •  Our services are intended for students and parents/guardians seeking educational support in accordance with our mission to foster curiosity, experiential learning, and academic excellence.

Enrollment and Participation

  • Enrollment is subject to availability, as we maintain limited students per batch to ensure personalized attention.
  • Students must adhere to the curriculum and guidelines of their respective educational board, as outlined by SSR Academy
  • Participation in classes, practice sessions, weekly tests, and other activities is mandatory unless prior approval for absence is granted.
  • Students are expected to uphold SSR Academy’s values: Be Respectful, Strive for Excellence, Seek the Truth, Achieve Balance, Live with Dignity and Integrity, and True-Blue Patriotism.
  • Disruptive behavior, dishonesty, or failure to comply with academy rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrollment.

Fees and Payments

  • Tuition fees and other charges must be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases where SSR Academy cancels a program, in which case a prorated refund may be issued.
  • All payment details will be processed securely, and receipts will be provided upon request.

Academic Programs and Services

  • SSR Academy provides concept-based and activity-based learning, weekly test series, rigorous practice for subjects like Maths and Physics, and performance evaluations.
  • We offer exhaustive handwritten notes, technology aids, and a healthy study environment to support learning.
  • Extra classes will be scheduled for students needing additional support, while advanced students will receive challenges to deepen their understanding.
  • SSR Academy follows the curriculum of respective educational boards and provides additional practice materials to ensure exam readiness.
  • While we strive for academic excellence, SSR Academy does not guarantee specific results or grades, as outcomes depend on individual effort and ability.

Parental Responsibilities

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate contact and emergency information during enrollment.
  • Parents are encouraged to review timely feedback provided by faculty and attend scheduled meetings to discuss student progress.
  • Parents must ensure students attend classes and complete assignments on time.

Intellectual Property

  • All educational materials, including handwritten notes, practice questions, and digital content provided by SSR Academy, are the intellectual property of SSR Academy.
  • Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action and termination of enrollment.

Privacy and Data Use

  • By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of personal and academic information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • SSR Academy may use student performance data for internal evaluations and to improve our services.
  • Photographs or videos of students participating in activities may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media, with parental consent.

Liability

  • SSR Academy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during classes, activities, or at our facility, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students’ safe travel to and from our facility.
  • SSR Academy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from external factors, such as board exam policies or changes in curriculum.

Termination of Services

  • SSR Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, violation of these terms, or behavior detrimental to the learning environment.
  • Students or parents may withdraw from the program by providing written notice to info.ssracademy@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance.

Force Majeure

  • SSR Academy is not liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes or provide alternative solutions.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mutual discussion.

  •  If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
